Because of so many benefits, running is regarded as the best way to anti aging.


The relation between running speed and breathing 
Running speed is proportional to the breathing exchange capacity. Per minute breathing exchange capacity may vary by more than 10 times under different running speed. 

Elements that influence the gas exchange capacity of the lungs
Human pulmonary gas exchange is influenced by breathing rate (frequency), respiratory depth (tidal volume) and the size of the die cavity. 
The priority of adjusting breath while running is how to deepen respiratory depth. Basically, When the running speed is not fast, the body's oxygen demand is low, you can breathe in by nose and out by mouth , so that you can get more natural ventilation.The runners should as far as possible to increase the respiratory depth, reduce the frequency of breathing in order to get the better efficiency of pulmonary gas exchange. When the running speed is increased,respiratory depth can be increased again,and the breathing frequency will be improved slowly.
